Northeast Ohio snowbirds, does the Next Chapter of your life include selling your current FULLY FURNISHED home? We can help! Everything from housewares and home decor to furniture and linens we can coordinate a liquidator to inventory, price, sell and if needed donate the items. If your suitcases are already packed, The Next Chapter staff can also maintain your unoccupied home until it sells.
Initial consultation ~ meet to review the entire contents needing to be disposed of.
Determine best sale option ~ Online Auction or In-Home Sale. We will dicuss pros and cons of each option to determine the best fit.
Donation & Cleanout ~ For any items remaining, donation pickup and dispose can be coorindated *extra fees apply
Home Sale ~ We will coordinate sale efforts with the Selling/Transfer of the home itself to ensure a smooth, straightforward process.
The base fee is a percentage of the sales income (in-home and/or online). The fee can range from 35-50% and is determined after the initial consultation. The commission is based on inventory quantity, age, condition, labor required for in-home sales setup.
Real Estate Sales fees are 5-7% of the sales price of the home. Commissions are paid at the close/transfer of your home ~ no out of pocket commissions!
